Sample Questions
I personally like to go with the flow to make conversations more organic, but I do like to ask questions that are like the ones below... Here are some sample questions I will be asking in our interview together. The first 5 I like to ask to everyone:
INTRO: Tell me in 3 minutes or less, tell us more about your background and why are you passionate about AI?
1. **What makes you most excited about AI with GTM teams?**
2. **Jeff Bezos said, "Focus on what will not change in 5 years instead of what will change in 5 years." With that in mind, what do you think will not change as a result of AI becoming more involved with GTM teams?**
3. **What concerns you about AI with GTM teams?**
4. **What is the craziest or weirdest thing you have done with AI?**
5. **"In the world of AI, the nature of data decides the nature of results" - How do you ensure the quality and relevance of data used in your AI-driven GTM strategies?**
6. **"AI is a journey, not a destination" - How do you view the evolution of AI in your organization's GTM strategy over time?**
7. **"With great power comes great responsibility" - In what ways are you ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI in GTM practices?**
8. **"AI doesn't eliminate jobs; it eliminates routine tasks" - How has AI reshaped the roles within your GTM team?**
9. **"AI is as much about asking the right questions as it is about finding answers" - How do you frame the challenges or questions for your AI systems to maximize their impact on GTM?**
